Issues

• Supplier noted at the impact analysis conference call (04/11/2019) that a mobile app was being developed by Estates and would be going into DEV in November. This was an unknown piece of work the project team. The recommendation is that the app and the database migration are not completed at the same time, but in a phased approach to minimise risk of issues and which project caused them. The PM will speak to the business lead in Estates to get the milestones for the app, and one of the projects will need to replan. The Oracle 11g database infrastructure is end of life in December 2019 so priority may need to be reviewed.

• Refresh data from Live to Dev and Test
• Begin Dev migration
