Project kick off meeting has taken place. Project team agreed on the work required and Mass has checked and confirmed that Archibus v23 will work with Oracle 12c
3 point estimate is being reviewed by project team and Tech Man and Apps Man have approved, Dev Tech to review and approve.
Project brief is written and will be circulated once estimation is signed off
Milestones to be set, but the agreement is to start the DEV build in November. Reason for this is so that a decision can be made on whether to migrate to the new Oracle 12c virtual infrastructure, or to the existing physical infrastructure. Physical infrastructure would be less of a risk but incur a further migration to virtual at a later date. Wiki is being migrated to the virtual first, so a review on it's performance can be evaluated for Estates / Project team to make a decision.
