  • Programme Manager reviewed Project Brief
  • Workshops undertaken with Project Team SME's to agree details associated with WP's, deliverables and delivery dates/timescales - additional workshops needed to complete this activity
  • PICCLE submitted to WIs for revised End of Planning milestone

 

Issues / Outstanding

  • Further delays in completing WP/Deliverables reviews due to resource 'buy-in' and diary challenges
  • Awaiting return of Estates Transformation Programme Manager from annual leave/sick leave for review of Project Brief, plan etc before obtaining full board approval
