Limited activity has again taken place this month due to priority focus on other Estates programme work.

Further 'knowledge gathering/process gathering/understanding' meetings and activities have taken place at programme level.

Limited engagement with Mass over this period and annual leave impact. Timeline of the project will necessarily need to be reassessed.

RAG Commentary: Time - Impact of other Estates project work and focus on cross-functional delivery have impacted early proposed timeline. PICCL to be raised following review of timescales with Programme Manager and review of Estates prioritisation requirements. Scope - May be a requirement to consider areas outside of 'hard services' eg security/fire safety asset management, to better meet strategic aims and deliver enhanced benefits

Change Status

Change Commentary: Based on limited progress to date and focus on other Estates projects, milestones will need to change as now at limit of tolerance. Until further specific focus on this project, full change impact unknown.
