Achievements

  • 24/10/11: Project Implementation plan updated with feedback from Programme Manager & v0.2 issued.

  • 30/10/17:  Initiation of project delivery meetings with Estates.

  • 01/11/17:  First draft of Project Brief

  • Bidder's reference meetings scheduled

  • 07/12/17: Bidder clarification interviews scheduled

 

Issues

  • Delay in the procurement decision will have a consequential equal delay in Go-Live
  • Clarification is required to agree selection of a bidder
  • Escalation to ISG, Procurement and Estates SMT who will all be invited to clarification interviews

  • Recommendation to SMT of bid selection.  dates TBC pending clarification
