  • Stage Gate 5 signed of by the Business
  • Pen Test actions have been given to Operations to action
  • Budget reviewed for the Project with the Business and agreed that the 47 days which are in debate should be broken down. A break down will be given to the Business
  • Meeting held with Karen Adamson to review  the Testrail Budget and agree next steps.

Next Steps

  • Produce breakdown of Project Cost for the Business
  • Close down any issues on Jira related to technical development for EST103
  • Draft Closure Document for review
  • Ensure Testrail costs have been sorted out.
