Achievements

  • Security Testing : Penetration testing -this has now now been conducted on the server and also the interface. Issues have ben found on both servers and also on the interface. A Meeting has been held with our internal security department and also our Infrastructure to ensure that appropriate actions have now been taken in house to address the recommendations highlighted in the report.
  • Service Management: Regular meetings have now been set up with the supplier, Applications Management and Estates to review the open support calls and agree appropriate actions. This is progressing , the next steps will be to ensure that there is a robust process in place to support the service going forward.
  • Service Transition Management-. Stage  5 is currently awaiting sign off by the business. This is dependent on

  • Review the Budget for the Project and Testrail with the Business
  • Close down any issues on Jira related to technical development for EST103
  • Ensure all actions from the Penetration test actioned
  • Complete Stage Gate 5 for  Service Transition
  • Draft Closure Document
