Achievements
- Training - Training has now completed on Myproject. Sixty-six users have been trained on Myproject and have entered financial data and core data into the system.
- eFIN Integration build: The E-Fin daily feed is now up and running. Further changes/fixes have been identified by the Business and these have now been developed ,tested and implemented in the Live environment successfully. These changes will filter the data that is being transferred across to only seven cost codes and balances prior to August 2005 will be set to August 2005.
- Security Testing : Penetration testing -The penetration testing has been completed on the API and on the server build. The pen test has identified areas on the server and the API that will need to be updated to make them more secure. These actions will be actioned by the responsible parties.
- Service Management: Regular meetings have now been set up with the supplier, Applications Management and Estates to review the open support calls and agree appropriate actions. This is progressing , the next steps will be to ensure that there is a robust process in place to support the service going forward.
- Service Transition Management- Stage 2, 3 and 4 have been signed off by Estates and payments have been made to Polarisoft. Stage 5 is currently awaiting sign off by the business.
Next Steps
- Ensure all high/medium actions from the Penetration test are allocated to owners
- Close down any issues on Jira related to technical development for EST103
- Complete Stage Gate 5 for Service Transition
- Send out Closure Document
