- Additionally, Alister recommended that the “WDL dataReceiver” and “WDL Timed Operations Test” service were removed and not just stopped, if these are new.

- Supplier confirmed that FalconData do not have permissions to access the database backups and carry out the restore of the database
- Supplier confirmed that there were no updates made to the client therefore no changes to be made to Fleur/Natalia's PC's
- Alister Webb restored the test system from back up taken 24/1/16
- Alister Webb commented that there were alot of new folders on the application server and that it would be less confusing in future if these were tidied up
- Supplier confirmed that the folder tidy up had taken place

- Supplier was able to resolve issue with permissions from last week and testing resumed.
- Testing update on Wednesday 2/3/16 was that all tests executed passed
- Testing on Thursday 3/3/16 enountered further issues in closing jobs - an issue that had previously been encountered during this test phase
- A meeting was held with the Business Lead, Project Sponsor, Programme Manager to discuss the ongoing issues and agree way forward.

- Issue with closing bins investigated by the Suppliers senior developer however the issue encountered could not be replicated
- Supplier confirmed this was the position Tuesday and proposed refreshing our test system as way forward
- Agreed to the Suppliers proposal of refreshing the Test system, reinstalling the Database Changes and retesting
- Reiterated in a call to the supplier 25/2 that Database changes must be updated in Live no later than Tuesday 1/3 and that progressing with the Upgrade would not be considered until the Database testing was successfully signed

- Supplier progressed testing of Database Changes and was able to replicate the issue experienced by Business Lead on the University test server on Wednesday 17/2
- Following initial investigation the issue is understood to be complex and requires senior developer involvement (senior developer is on annual leave and due back 22/2)
- Agreed with Supplier and Business Lead that the changes would be implemented to live as soon as all testing had been successfully excuted to enable Business Lead to observe the changes and monitor success/issues prior to departure

- Multiple issues were being raised with regard Database Changes some of which were unrelated to the changes made, scope of Testing was reduced in reflection of this.
- Business Lead liaised with Supplier to discuss and attempt find resolution to the issues raised. This was hampered by the Supplier having difficulty in replicating the issues experienced by business lead.
- Testing of the Upgrade by Supplier encountered issues connected with Reporting requiring investigation and resolution.
- Delivery of Upgrade now 2 weeks behind schedule therefore conference call held
