- Further meetings held with representatives from Estates Finance, Estates Development, IS Applications and the external consultant to clarify business requirements
- An initial list of requirements was compiled from the initial feedback of all. However, further work is required to both clarify requirements and define the specific processes associated with the management of the project and the programme
- Outline arrangements have been made through Mass for the Archibus product owner of the Capital Budgeting application to present the application, via a GoTo Meeting.
Issues
- The definition of requirements is taking longer than anticipated to collate
- It is now envisaged that the project will continue into March
