Achievement in Last Period

During this period

  •  Compliance Management Module
    • The statutory compliance activity for the 5 specified buildings at KB are processed for August was completed
    • The additional tests undertaken against asset based activities was successfully completed
    • Having successfully completed the pilot for August and the further asset based tests, the project team confirmed User Acceptance Testing at the project team meeting on 30th September
    • Have implemented a system configuration change to enable buildings to be associated with their specific zone
    • The first draft of the Compliance Management user guide has been prepared and circulated for review
    • Communications have been circulated to the Trades teams regarding the required procedures to be undertaken in conjunction with the Compliance Management module
    • Attended presentation of potential application to assist in the capture of compliance data
    • Based on the agreement that the first activity to be monitored on the Live system would relate to October, the remaining milestones (DSOR and closure) weer adjusted to 17th November
    • Further feedback has since been received from the Fire Safety team that they have decided not to pursue their interests in the Compliance Management module and will continue to manage their scheduling and subsequent checks via their existing spreadsheets

  Issues

  • Still requirement to an EASE authentication on the Test system.  This is currently being pursued as a low priority but is not impacting on the current project activity

 

 Next Steps

  • Commence configuration of the Live system for all buildings at Kings Buildings by the end of October to enable all checks to be completed by mid November
  • Complete planning for the overall rollout strategy with regards to
    • the remainder of the estate
    • the overall administrative requirements to maintain the compliance records on a month-by-month basis
  • Confirm that the defined procedures between the Technical Services Group and Estates Operations are being followed 

 

 As there are currently no outstanding issues, the RAG status remains at Green
