• Agreement was reached on the architecture to use (SQL Server and Cold Fusion on a window machine)
• Estimates completed for work on the basis of moving to the new architecture
• Build has commenced on the architecture that the ECA portal will migrate to

Issues

• Dev Team are unavailble to commence work until January due to other priorities

Next Steps

• Submit the following milestones and changes to WIS for validation
• Submit budget changes for validation by WIS
