  • Project Prioritised as Top Project in the ECA progamme with an ideal delivery date in December 2012

Issues

  • Dev Team are unavailble to commence work until October due to other priorities
  • Need to make a final decision on the Infrastrucutre to opt (i.e. Oracle vs MS Sql Server)

Next Steps

  • Re-estimate the remaining work and transfer budget from the ECA 2012/13 budget
  • Make final decision on which was to take the infrastructure
  • WIS to agree budget increase for migration work
