Achievements:

Media Studio Manager started on 25 November
Date for installation of server within Media Studio, Argyle House confirmed for 11 December
Date for staff training confirmed for 17 January

Issues and changes:

CHANGE: Timeline has been extended by c. two months due to the Media Studio Manager's later than anticipated start date and later than anticipated server installation dates. Extension does not impact on any other DLAS projects

Next steps:

Finalise date for installation of backup server at King's Buildings
Deliver staff training in January
Storage will be in place by mid December which will remove the risk that exists with the current storage solution
Media Studio Manager to begin to develop the protocols for the management of new and existing media
