Achievements

  • We have created a structured market research process which is based on the existing University market insight approach for new degree programme development.

  • This has been tested with new programme ideas from CSE and the Business School.

  • We have had a follow up meeting and workshop with the group of students on the campus MSc Marketing and Business Analytics degree to track progress and ensure alignment with the overall objective. The group are reviewing the market research process to identify further areas for inclusion and measures for success.  This forms part of their formal MSc assessment.

Issues

  • None.

Next Steps

  • Review in detail the market insight approach used with the CSE programme idea.

  • Provide any further information required for the MSc students and attend their final project presentation.

  • Collaborate with the CAM market insight team to share learnings both ways and ensure consistency of methodology.
