PP has conducted his own development review, which has been positive: the work is future-proof, robust and everything that was identified at the start of the project is there.
Additional development has been identified to add a log-in table, triggering an email when something goes wrong, or when data comes in that we're not expecting. If this occurs the download process would stop, trigger the email, and then roll back to the previous day
PP confirmed that Anne-Marie Scott (AMS) has sent him the production key for setting up the automatic download process in the test environment. (Elements of the download process have been set up in Dev but there's still an element of manual work in moving data around for UAT).
Shipping of encrypted data over to the research services disc for archiving also needs to be set up in the Test environment. There are large amounts of data involved here, so a note needs to be added to handover notes in case of problems with memory the first time this runs.
The issue discussed in the previous meeting regarding problems with dependencies in Python has been resolved
User Acceptance Testing
UAT has commenced on Dev for the MariaDB environment. It would appear data for reporting is present as expected, but MB has uncovered a few things around data for OnTask that might need further exploration.
Technical Update
The puppet build of MongodB has commenced and is scheduled to be completed on Monday of next week. Subsequent roll-out to Test to follow
