Achievements in Last Period

The Showstopper issue of last month (file transfer issues) was successfully resolved

The project was brought to a position where the build was complete and ready to be re-peer tested.

Issues

Following a meeting on 13 Sept with Bryan MacGregor and Maurice Franceschi, it was decided to stop the project because it was clear additional budget would be required to progress with integration testing, UAT, deployment etc - a breakdown of the remaining estimated effort was sent to Bryan.

Next Steps

In agreement with Bryan MacGregor, one day of effort (maximum) is to be spent to complete peer testing and  close the project. This will mean that the project should close having used 125 days (out of an approved budget of 125 days).
