- Informed supplier of decision not to progress pass pilot, and therefore not renewing contract
Issues

As the decision has been taken not to progress, the Phase 2 scope (rollout) will not be delivered but this is agreed. As a result, the Scope RAG has been shown as RED this month.

Dev Tech had to prioritise another project so the decommissioning of the Totara environments has not been completed, however a revised date of Dec 13th has been booked for this activity. With contingency in mind, a revised project closure date of 12th January has been proposed. As a result, the Time RAG has been shown as RED this month.
Next Steps
- Dev Tech to decommission Totara build
- Supplier to destroy UoE data uploaded to the staging and Live sites for Totara
- Review / lessons learnt session with project team to provide useful outputs for HR Transformation Programme
- Project closure report incorporating lessons learnt
