User Group met on 24th October to review success of pilot, incorporating feedback from user survey and whether scenarios have been met

The user group decided that the pilot had not sufficiently met their success criteria and a decision was taken not to proceed past the pilot. Further detail will be summarised in the project closure report. For this reason, the project is marked as RED this month due to the change in scope not to roll out the product more widely. However, this issue has been resolved through the 'no go' decision and agreement to close the project following the review of the pilot.

RAG Commentary: CHANGE: The L&D system will not be rolled out across CSG following the User Groups recommendation during the planned "Go/No Go" decision point, this has been ratified by the Director of Corporate Services. Further detail will be summarised in the project closure report. For this reason, the project is marked as RED this month due to a change in milestones and scope as the project delivery and closure milestones had assumed that the roll-out would be included in the project.
