Achievements

• Tasks that can be achieved this financial year without the performance issue fixed have been planned in.
• Other tasks have be replanned into the next financial year.
• Request for funding submitted to allow ITelligence to apply the service pack / patch to the DEV / TEST and LIVE servers

Issues

• Performance issues not resolved. There is still no clear indication of what the issue is. Head of Production has taken the lead with communications with ITI and investigations are continuing. See updated issue 8 on the matter. Although testing and checks are being carried out, there has not been any significant steps forward. 
• Deployment cannot be achieved on 14/07/2018. This has now been replanned for December 2018 along with other milestones
• Project remains at RED due to the performance issues not being resolved. The delivery milestone is replanned as a result of this.

Next steps

• Continue working with Production and ITI to resolve the performance issues.
• New project plan to be created.
• Complete the remaining tasks for this financial year. These have been resourced -
  • Migrate / re-create ODBC and JDBC connections
  • SSO fix and Security Testing
  • Multi user access testing
