Achievements in Last Period

• Identification of potential authentication solutions as alternative to cosign based approach.
• Discussion with Influential about feasible options in the timeline required to deliver a crystal reports sharing solution for RMAS.

Issues

• Behaviour of EASE configuration on TEST different to DEV, and intermittent connectivity issues on the new DEV environment, led to discussion between Business Manager and Development Technology. Development Technology are now not confident of resolving the legacy issues on the platform and delivering a reliable solution using the current technology. Technical approach is being reviewed.
• It was acknowleged that there needs to be a solution in place to deliver sharing crystal reports for RMAS ahead of UAT (Aug 2015). Head of Project Services has been alerted to this issue.
• If delivering reliable end-user access proves impractical via EASE then that will not be delivered within the scope of this project but will be considered as part of a wider strategic approach.

Next Steps

• Agree revised approach and milestones with Project Sponsor.
• Deliver revised plan, focussing on solution which RMAS can use.
