PM continued discussions with Service Management and Technical Leads.
High level design for phases 1 to 4 updated with comments from review and re- circulated.
KPI data will be included in the design for Phase 1 but no reporting or interpretation of the figures will in included in Phase 1.
BRD for Phase 1 completed and signed off.
Issues
Resources have been diverted to other projects and work , affecting milestones.
