Achievements in Last Period

• COM007-165 - JIRA now resolved IDM UI Server restart completed and handover documentation to Production Supoprt completed for Grouper - Deployment Review sign off completed
• Updates added Overall Project Closure Report
• Lessons Learnt session held with project team

Issues

• At Lessons Learnt session Project Sponsor advised that project cannot be closed until issues with IDM Dashboard had been resolved in Live although originally agreed that any other activity other than development was to be completed via support
  • PICCL raised to provide plan of action for IDM Dashboard activity
  • Advise placeholder closure milestone for end of April
  • Estimate effort to fix outstanding JIRAs raised via IDM001
  • Possible resource conflict for PM and Developer time as allocatred to priority 1 project
  • Approval required for additional funding therefore discussion between project sponsor and prohramme manager required

Next Steps

• Resolve oustanding JIRAs for Dashboard
• Complete and sign off testing
• Deploy to live
• Completion report finalised and Closure milestone signed off
