Achievements in Last Period

• Prep for Live Deployment for Phase 3A Pull Services and Grouper Upgrade
• Deployment of Phase 3A and Upgrade Grouper completed by 12th Feb and post implementation activity completed
• All outstanding JIRAs have been closed or transferred to IDM001 with exception of 1 JIRA

• Draft Final Overall Project Closure Report has been issued out for comment and feedback

Issues

• Dev SOA server work has now been incorporated into INF105 project scope
• At Deployment Review sign off meeting the following items were deemed necessary before final sign off given : Handover documentation to Production Support scheduled to complete by 6th March and resolution of JIRA COM007-165 IDM Live and Test UI applications Unavailable after LINUX Patching restart, UNIDESK call raised. Update: A fix has been applied to Test and confirmed working. The same fix has been applied to the LIVE environment, to avoid additional down time, agreement to wait until servers are restarted after the next round of LINUX patching which is due on 4th March.

• Resolution of COM007-165 JIRA
• Deployment Review sign off
• Completion report finalised and Clsoure milestone signed off
