- Deployment downtime was discussed and the preferred downtime would be Tuesdays through Thursdays. i.e.. Not the start of the month and not Monday mornings. - It was reported the High Level Design for Phase 2 is nearing completion. |

1. Review of BRD for Phase 2 circulated this morning. Do we all agree this is the final set of issues to be included. Action ALL. BRD reviewed and agreed. Alex to circulate round the IDM User group and report back. Action Complete BRD signed off.
2. Current work status - Dev Peer testing and testing rework in progress. - Ongoing.

Plan for the week will be to close off/sign off the BRD for Phase 2. Discussions have been ongoing and one final detail to be agreed. This was originally thought to be pushed ou to end November but will be possible with some small estimation work. Dev Tech estimates to be fitted into Phase 1 and extrapolated out into subsequent phases to allow planning. TAD for Phase 1 signed off at last week a tthe Dev Tech weekly meeting. Complete plan for Phase 1 and the rest of the phases for this week. |

Phase 1 build continues and peer testing to be planned in. Discussions around Test planning have taken place Milestones to be re-planned around holidays booked and re-estimating for BRD phase 2. BRD for Phase 2 is to be reviewed this week with view to estimating any new requirements and beinning the phase 2 detailed design.
