An on going SSL issue forced the deployment to be brought forward by 2 weeks. This reduced UAT period to only a few days but thanks to significant effort from Hugh Brown and business partners, UAT was completed. The LIVE upgrade did take longer than planned due to longer running scripts. This resulted in a 5 day outage not the 3 days originally planned.
