Summary

Planning continues on preparation for implementation.  Wireless survey review meetings have been completed and information fed into the low level design workshops in October. 

Low level design workshops are in progress and due to complete early October, with central technology staging due to complete in December 2019.  Implementation of central technologies into the live environment is expected to commence early January and complete around mid-late February 2020.  This will be followed by early adopter edge site installations, and a full review of this early implementation will take place late March 2020 prior to commencing full rollout.  Full rollout is currently anticipated to complete around June 2021.
