Summary

Low level design workshops complete and LLD documentation in progress.  College and USG/CSG leads issued with draft project plan for review/discussion internally taking account of caveats provided.  Additional documentation on wireless survey reviews and buildings included/excluded to be issued in the next week. 

Additional time has been included for completion of LLD sign off and the documentation has been separated into applicable sections to allow parts to be signed off and work continue.  Final documentation sign off will be end of November.  Central technology staging due to complete in January 2020.  Implementation of central technologies into the live environment is expected to complete around late March 2020.  This will be followed by early adopter edge site installations, and a full review of this early implementation will take place April 2020 prior to commencing full rollout.  Full rollout is currently anticipated to complete around June 2021.
