Achievements This Period

  • On-going discussions with Core Finance team regarding data interfaces 
  • Whilst the first draft of the functional question set and associated process flows has been prepared, this cannot be completed until clarification of data transfer requirements regarding the Core Finance system have been defined 

Issues

  • The completion of the functional question sets will now be delayed until clarification of Core Finance requirements are defined.   As a result the project will require to be re-planned

  • Confirm potential suppliers 
  • Prepare ITQ with regards to 
    • creation of functional question set and associated process flows
    • clarify requirements for Core System interface (if possible)
    • creation of technical question set

As it has not been possible to confirm the data interface requirements with the Core Finance system, there will be delay in finalising the procurement question sets, and as a result the project will require to re-planned once these details have been finalised. A delay at this stage will not impact on the business as it is the intention to deploy the solution along the Core Finance system implementation schedule.
