Build

Before starting testing, ensure a LocalDB database is available for the automated test suite to use. LocalDB is available as part of SQL Server 2012. This test database should be called “'provisioningtest'”, and can be created using the “SqlLocalDB.exe” command (see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh247716.aspx for more details):

SqlLocalDb.exe create provisioningtest

Exceptions from DBA Testing

I’ve had a look at the tables that will form the provisioning database and they look fine.  This has been more of a sanity check as there is an absence of sql server db standards at the moment, but from what I’ve seen I’m happy to sign off the design. We are also utilising existinng sql server databases.
