Achievements this period

• Phase 2: Dev Upgrade completed
• Angular development completed
• Announcements completed and ready to deploy to BETA and Dev
• All open JIRAs reviewed
• Work commenced on Office 365 Email Portlet
• Investigation work relating to Groups ongoing

Issues

• A decision on how groups will be managed has been agreed following discussions with Unicon to use PAGs, developers are currently investigating and testing this
• Decision agreed by Project team including Project Sponsor and Project Manager to revise milestones and move UAT into January with a late February deployment, this has been communicated out to the channel owners.
• Review of any impacts, dependencies between WEB009 and COM032 relating to the Calendar this has slightly delayed commencement of java portlet work, now underway 7th Dec
• Discussion around possible additional work associated with web proxy work which may required additional funding.

• Complete Groups work
• Complete Calendar Portlet
• Complete TEST upgrade
• Prep work for UAT
