Achievements this period

• Phase 2: BETA Upgrade completed and signed off
• Project Management handed over to Karen Stirling (Handover PICCL)

Issues

• Several issues were encountered and fixed during the BETA deployment. It is expected that the time invested in fixing these issues will allow a much smoother deployment for the remaining environments.
• A decision on how groups will be managed is still outstanding. Developers are working with Unicon to identify the best way to handle groups management moving forward.
• The delay in getting BETA signed off means that the project is now running behind schedule. In order to allow UAT to start as planned the project team are looking at ways to deploy to TEST without groups management in place. The current plan is to test updated channels for the first two weeks of UAT, then open up TEST for a more general UAT in the last 2 weeks of UAT. Because this strategy is not without risks, the project RAG is bset to AMBER this month

• Complete groups management work
• Start and complete channel UAT

Achievements in Last Period

• The build phase is progressing well, and peer testing is in progress.

Issues

• Slight delay in completing peer testing feedback is delaying the build phase sign off.
• Budget for the programme year has been used, so funding from Digital Transformation project will be needed.

Next Steps​

• Complete peer testing feedback, and sign off the build stage.
• Start UAT.

AMBER due to slight delay completing the build phase, which puts the delivery date at risk. Also budget exceeded which needs to be covered by the Digital Transformation project.
