At the start of 16/17 year the programme has two projects in progress.  WEB009 is progressing well, however WEB010 has continued into the year as unplanned, which means that the programme budget needs to be reconciled.

Achievements this period

  • Phase 2: Work on BETA continues
  • All "BETABLOCKER" JIRAs assigned and progressed
  • Some JIRA's passed over to Unicon

Issues

  • Since the new infrastructure has been in place the service has encountered small but as yet unexplained outages. Production ahve contacted Unicon to assist.
  • The work to complete BETA is taking longer than expected, however the project team continue to strive for BETA sign off in early September

Next Steps

  • Resolve all JIRA for BETA
  • Complete BETA 
  • Start work on DEV

Achievements in Last Period

  • Senior developer is now involved and the project has been re-invigorated.
  • Planning is underway to deliver the key requirements.

 

Issues

  • The project has been delayed by issues with key resource availability.
  • The project Sponsor has changed the scope of the project.
  • There may be resource conflicts and this is being investigated.

 

Next Steps​

  • Re-estimate taking new features into consideration.
  • It has been requested that the project is moved to Priority 1.
