Achievements this period

• DEV Review complete
• TEST infrastructure built
• Load testing started
• Integration testing started

Issues

• Some technical issues have arisen resulting in a longer duration to build and complete testing on TEST. None of these current issues are critical with solutions either in place or pending.
• Phase 2 BETA milestone will be re-planned due to a pending resource conflict for our Senior Developer's time.

• Phase 1: Complete Integration testing
• Phase 1: Start and compete UAT
• Phase 1: Complete LIVE build
• Phase 1: Deploy to LIVE
• Phase 2: Re-plan BETA

Achievements in Last Period

• Load testing information secured and in hands of Dev Technology.
• Build phase started with development of support interfaces almost complete.
• Regular checkpoint meetings now set up with delivery team to improve comms and control.

Issues

• Project affected by ongoing issues with key resource availability.
• This has pushed out load testing and therefore Build phase.
• Further discussions required with developers (currently on leave) to establish clear position, but risk that 16/17 budget will be affected still exists.

Next Steps​

• Complete Load Testing.
• Continue activity on Build.
• Review Build status and milestones pending future PICCLE
