Achievements to date

• Deployment to live completed successfully and signed off for Learn, Email Preview on 3rd March
• MyTimetable JIRAS were fixed, deployed to test and retested by Timetabling team and signed off ready for second deployment to Live on 22nd March
• Learn JIRA resolved and retested by Service Team and signed for deployment to Live on 22nd March
• Project completion report issued and sign off requested

Issues

• During deployment on 3rd March whilst checking myTimetable, 2 issues were raised aligned to time display which had not been highlighted during UAT. It was requested by the Timetabling team that my timetable should not be published until these were resolved. Also during deployment a small outage occurred on MyEd the project team were unable to pinpoint reason for this.
• Learn Service team raised a issue regarding access denied error message when links were not accessed straight away on MyEd resulting in timeout problems. this was investigated, fixed and retested by Learn and redeployed to live
• Review of remaining budget to cover deployment and closure completed and PICCL raised / approved for additional 7 days
• PICCL raised to extend project closure date due to issued raised following deployment to Live
• Issues encountered with second deployment to live which resulted in an outage to MyEd, learn deployment completed however during outage the project team agreed to unpublished my Timetable as there is an MyEd infrastructure issue impacting this on live, agreement  sought and gained from Scott Rosie for this action.
• Learn Service Team have raised a further timeout issue following 45 minute period of inactivity and users receiving an access denied error, developer has investigated and proposed 2 solutions to resolve problem
• Decision to be made where this issue is to be resolved within WEB008 to allow closure of project or if it is to be change requested into support or WEB009, Business lead in LTW currently on annual leave, Project Manager will discuss with Project Sponor how this issue is to be tackled

Next Steps

• Plan of action for Learn issue
• Agree new closure milestone
• Complete project closure and gain sign off
• Close project

The project status is AMBER due to delays in project closure and resolution for LEARN timeout issue.

• Some delay to starting the Infrastructure build
• Some overrun on other project work (mainly UWP) has impacted on developer's availability

WEB007:

- Paul is available until early October

- We'll combine the analysis and design phases (Richard and Michael to work on this).

- Learn notifications to be used during PoC.

- Next phase of project will start after feedback has been obtained and analysed (likely Jan 2016).

WEB008:

- Build phase done, test deployment needed.

- UAT to be planned for Sep.

- Martin will check if Jo and her team can test.

- Adam to review Colin's workload / may need to assign another PM.
