The programme is in good shape as we approach the end of the first quarter of the year.  WEB007 and WEB008 are both scheduled to deliver soon, and WEB009 is now planned.  The final project in the programme (Notifications Service) will start in March.

  • Draft UAT plan produced; UAT plan expected to be agreed w/c 29/02/16.

 

Issues

  • currently awaiting UAT, and agreement on revised milestones with Project Sponsor, closure now expected Apr 2016.

 

Next Steps

  • Review Milestones with Project Sponsor.
  • Complete UAT and any necessary rework.
  • Acceptance and closure.

 

The project current status is GREEN as when UAT complete and signed off the project can move into closure.

Achievements this period

  • Meeting with Timetabling team to confirm any fixes required to sign off acceptance, some minor changes requested however if these are not completed prior to deployment date they are happy for these to be taken forward ion WEB009. Timetabling have now confirmed sign off of UAT provided by Scott Rosie
  • Learn Portlet fixes completed and retested by Learn Service team – UAT sign off given by Myles Blaney
  • Acceptance sign off now completed
  • Service Alerts in place for 3rd March
  • Final updates to Implementation Plan

Issues

  • Availability of developer resource due to annual leave - minor changes now fixed for Timetabling and testing completed in advance of deployment to Live on 3rd March.
  • Review remaining budget to cover deployment and closure

Next Steps

  • Deploy to Live on 3rd March
  • Complete project closure
