Achievements this period

• Email preview JIRA fixes completed and signed off by Service Management
• Change to Email Preview Title changed in Live ready for deployment of code
• Request issued to Timetabling team to test and confirm acceptance, some minor changes requested
• Learn Portlet Testing completed by Learn Service team however a number of enhancements have been requested
• Deployment Checklist completed with Service Alerts in place for 2nd Feb, needs to rescheduled
• Production Handover completed with appropriate Application Management Teams
• Resolved issue with Test environment bamboo plans
• Awaiting response to request to confirm Learn Load testing acceptable

Issues

• UAT delayed for Timetabling portlet as limited resource available to complete earlier and impacting UAT sign off and deployment, this will have to be re-arranged
• A number of enhancements requested by Learn team however some have been declined for this project but can be assessed under next WEB project, awaiting sign off of UAT and delaying deployment, this will have to be re-arranged
• Review of project budget completed and and PICCL approved for 14 additional days.

• Complete UAT and Sign off for Timetabling and Learn portlets
• Deploy to Live
• Closure

WEB007:

- Paul is available until early October

- We'll combine the analysis and design phases (Richard and Michael to work on this).

- Learn notifications to be used during PoC.

- Next phase of project will start after feedback has been obtained and analysed (likely Jan 2016).

WEB008:

- Build phase done, test deployment needed.

- UAT to be planned for Sep.

- Martin will check if Jo and her team can test.

- Adam to review Colin's workload / may need to assign another PM.

Responsive MyEd and EdWeb Integration:
