Achievements in Last Period

• No activity during the last period due to resource conflicts.
• Timeline and Asta bookings for 2015-16 to be reviewed alongside other ISG Dev work.

Issues

• Resource Conflicts (ISG Dev, LTW) restricted ability to progress the design as planned and also move forward with WEB008; it was agreed with the Project Sponsor that the design should be delayed until Project Sponsor can commit time to the project and also ensure availability of replacement Business Lead to participate in the design.

Next Steps

• Complete design.
• Timeline for 2015-16 to be planned in conjunction with year 2 activities and in agreement with Project Sponsor and Programme Manager.

The project was closed on the 3rd July.

WEB007:

- Paul is available until early October

- We'll combine the analysis and design phases (Richard and Michael to work on this).

- Learn notifications to be used during PoC.

- Next phase of project will start after feedback has been obtained and analysed (likely Jan 2016).

WEB008:

- Build phase done, test deployment needed.

- UAT to be planned for Sep.

- Martin will check if Jo and her team can test.

- Adam to review Colin's workload / may need to assign another PM.

Responsive MyEd and EdWeb Integration:

- Plan to do R&D while Paul still here.

- Adam to confirm where the time will be recorded.
