• PM and Programme Manager agreed with Project Sponsor that as this is a 3 year project, that only the design is delivered this year, given constraints on time and resource availability in ISG Dev.
• Programme Manager has transferred days back to the programme for WEB008
• Timeline and Asta bookings for 2015-16 to be reviewed alongside other ISG Dev work.

Next Steps

• Complete design.
• Timeline for 2015-16 to be planned in conjunction with year 2 activities and in agreement with Project Sponsor and Programme Manager.
