Section One: Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Programme Commentary
This month has seen some progress made on both active projects. The revised communications plan has been agreed and signed off. The remaining work on UWP022 is now waiting for the EdWeb DB to be migrated to MariaDB on new infrastructure.
The funded development project is AMBER due to limited progress. This is attributed to the recruitment of a new development contractor. The contractor si now in place, however, some realigning of work has been undertaken in order to deliver as much as possible this year. Also, CAHSS have prioritised the development they would like this year. This overlaps with requirements from colleagues in CAM which reduces the risk of not delivering all the requirements.
