Achievements in Last Period

• Work restarted after resource issues in February
• WP2 - UAT completed on Google Tag Manager, this will be deployed with the April release.
• WP3 - The EdWeb DB will be migrated to Maria DB under INF143. When completed this will allow encryption at rest of all data, therefore, removing the need to extract and store form data in a sperate DB. This project will test the encryption after the DM move.

• CAM have committed to fund a total of 51 days of work (an additional 10 days will be funded by LTW)
• The CAM requirements have been estimated as 3 point estimates 
• The requirements and relative priorities from Roslin and CAM are in the Product Backlog - JIRA project UWP023a .
• The Roslin change to staff list size has been deployed to live

Completed actions

• EdWEb steering group
  • CAM funded work started on 'Landing page' and homepage updates (UWP023-12).

Ongoing actions

• 1xInternet Web publishing workshops complete (Feb, 2019)
  • Report delivery in progress
• EdWEb steering group meeting TBC
• Tech peer group meetings to start again.
• Representing University at Edinburgh Drupal events (attendance and presentations).
  • Drupal Camp Scotland preparations have now started for 25 May.
  • Contribution day planned for 24 May
• Continue having transparent communication between the task force members, having responsibility to share with other stakeholders when relevant.
• Technical reps from the task force to meet with technical reps from the community to provide feedback and guidance on best practices to adopt EdWeb/EdGEL.

Planned actions

• Disseminate the long-term University Website vision to key stakeholders.
• Revisit roles & responsibilities in view of creating web service team(s).
• Future meeting planning.
• Schedule regular meetings of the EdWeb/EdGEL Task Force.
