Issues

• Special CAB - Potential Delay to Go Live - A submission was made to the Special CAB to progress to Go Live on 13th March.  It has been proposed this is extended out further to 22nd March.  See issue 5
• Telephone and Student email data - Resolution of how this data will be gathered has been been challenging.  Two solutions are now being reviewed however the data will not be available for Go Live. See issue 6 and 7

• Project meeting held to discuss next steps of analysis
• Potential issue with Infrastructure raised with project governance, further discussion held with ITI
• Project workshop planning started. Workshop with identify and priorities the areas that are required to deliver implementation plan  
• DevTech and Dev colleagues continuing technical investigation

Issues

• The infrastructure issue raised last month is being discussed in detail with ITI. At this time we are quietly confident that a solution will be possible.

Issues

• An issue with the time format and listing was discovered shortly before deployment. A fix will be deployed in mid-March pending approval from special CAB. This will move the project closure out until early April.

• Planning Review milestone approved by WIS.
• First requirements gathering workshop.
• Technical evaluation of the Oxford software.

Issues

• The technical evaluation of Oxford Talks software has concluded that the software is not fit for purpose as is and will require a significant amount of unavoidable development, as well as the acceptance of a large amount of technical debt. This technical debt has consequences for the ongoing support of the application, and for all future development of the application. Recreating the application using our own Django foundations should be seriously considered as an option in order to create an application with a smaller support burden and better able to support future enhancements.
