Decommissioning of legacy QMP platform now to take place in 2020 (removed from scope of this project).
Latest updated TAD now handed over to Production Management.
It was requested that DR testing be carried out before project closure however the outcome of discussion with ITI was proposal to move on to the stretch cluster, given that DR has been verified on the platform.
Closure milestone date moved to 20/12/19.
Issues
No major issues but an outstanding action preventing project closure (migration of VMs to stretched cluster) which has been impacted by UCU industrial action and as a result a PICCL has been added to push the closure out.
Next Steps
Ensure platform is on infrastructure with verified level of DR.

Contract resource has recently been secured for a short period with a remit to assess the feasibility and cost of using a CSV file download.
Representatives from both the business and technology came together in which the merits of a CSV v API solution were discussed.
Issues
There is a reliance on access rights being granted to LinkedIn Learning data to better understand data content and fully complete the feasibility study.
There has been no known progress on the following issue:
Engagement with LinkedIn Learning - a reporting API was to have been available to users (outside of the former pilot offering) in November.
Next Steps
To seek access to LinkedIn Learning to assess the provisioning of data as a CSV file.
To liaise with LinkedIn Learning to seek an API authentication key and to better understand status and what differentiates the pilot offering to that readily available.
A prototype of the CSV and/or API solution is to be pursued which will enable a better understanding as to how a solution can best be delivered.
An Indicative time-line of 2 weeks has been planned to complete the immediate exercise.
