• Domain of One's Own contract paperwork in progress with third party supplier and Legal service.
• Blogs Search technical option (Solr) agreed, proof of concept underway.

Achievements in Last Period

• QM resolved the issues preventing the Test environment being made available for UAT. This was a major step forward given the delays through Jan and Feb.
• LTW have been through basic testing and 6 jira issues have been raised; none are showstoppers but we are waiting for a response from QM on resolution of each issue (or confirmation that the behaviour is as designed).
• However, during w/c 25/03/19 a further issue inexplicably occurred with participants unable to access scheduled assessments and authors unable to preview their content; team to push QM on resolution in order that we can have confidence in revised timelines.

Issues

• The availability of the test server reduced the immediate need for QMP to come on site, however a number of (non-showstopper) issues remain and QM are unable to indicate when they expect to resolve these; team will be pushing for a more certain response w/c 01/04/19 to avoid further disruption to timescales and milestones.

• Configure and verify SSO on Test (to be set up on Test parallel with Live QMP install so as not to delay further)

AMBER - Project is currently being reported as AMBER due to the Template/Check List and Terminology milestones slipping as a result of the additional steps taken to support the methodology.  There is also a possibility that the PgCap pilot may be impacted as a result.  This work has been undertaken with the expectation that the project should return to GREEN by the beginning of April.

Achievements in the last period

• Template structure agreed by project team and shared with College Learning Technologists for review prior to sign off;
• Checklist content agreed by the team
• Terminology content agreed by the team;
• Continued user experience activity and engagement ongoing;
• Chalkmark Usability Testing completed;
• Communications & engagement at campus and School level with 2^nd stage interviews began in March;
• Student and staff user groups held in March;
• Continued focus on training requirements for users;
• Communications Manager position offered and accepted;
• User experience and playback session for PPLS held with next user experience activity under way.

Issues

• Scheduled PgCap pilot potentially unable to be continued due to the availability of the Template within the IAD timescales.  Currently being reviewed;
• Automation work stream slipped into Phase Two due to resourcing availability as a result of the Phase One deliverables which need to be delivered before automation can be undertaken.  This work stream will be defined with support from the College Learning Technologists once roll over has been completed (circa. June/July);

• Build work on custom UoE building blocks completed.
• Build work on Data feeds in progress.
• Data Cleansing consultation complete, work ongoing with testing of archive and deletion on Test environment.
• Test migration preparation complete - data transfer to AWS S3 completed in approximately 4.5 days.

Issues

• Awaiting allocation of software development resource for one development task.

Next Steps

• Continue development work of data feeds.
• Start MyEd channel development work.
• Continue implementation of Data Cleansing plan.
• BB to complete Test migration steps.
• UoE to start testing of SaaS environment once Test migration is complete.

• Analysis & Design milestone approved w/c 04/03/19.
• Build tasks delayed by a few days to enable the most recent release 3.4.8 to be used (released 11 March) (this was agreed by project team).
• Signoff of Build milestone expected w/c 01/04/19.
• Members of the project team met with colleagues in SW Dev and agreed on an approach to bring the code into version control; this to be implemented following signoff of Dev. 

Issues

• No major issues. Project running to expected timeline.
• Initial test of Moodle Mobile functionality on Dev proved negative.

• Complete Build on Dev.
• Checkpoint for committing to Moodle version.
• Review estimates.
