Achievements in Last Period

• Consultation process continuing with individual schools.
• Open consultation sessions with staff and students in progress.
• Initial Project Board took place 26/03/18. Initial feedback from consultations with stakeholder groups was fed back to the attendees.

Issues

• No major issues.
• Potential changes in project scope upcoming.
• Conflict on PM resource remains due to commitments on MVM509. However, a contract PM has been recruited and they are due to start 16/04/18.

Next Steps

• Handover to replacement PM.
• Handover of Service Manager.

Project RAG status is currently GREEN due to PM resource conflict being dealt with by recruitment (new PM to start 16/04/18). No escalation required at this time.

• Delay to Dev build due to Devtech resourcing; this has been escalated.

• Config file to be checked by Nik / Chris to ensure no repeat of issue with previous upgrade when it was wiped

Current Project RAG status is AMBER (time) due to delays on Dev build. Escalated to Devtech line management for resolution.
