Achievements in Last Period

• Final report feedback from SSP Business Lead now included - report is currently with LTW Business Lead for finalisation before circulation to Project Board.
• Project Board to complete approval of report by email before project closure.

Issues

• No major issues.
• Project Closure needs to be pushed back again due to an additional resource conflict (Business Lead, LTW).

Next Steps

• Complete final report and circulate to Project Board members.
• Close Project.

The project current status is AMBER due to moving the project closure date back one month (agreed with Project Sponsor at monthly TEL Programme meeting); this is due to resource conflict (SSP conflict now resolved, new conflict is LTW Business Lead).

• Initial comms to all stakeholder groups completed.
• Consultation process continuing with individual schools.
• Events now set up for open consultation sessions with staff and students throughout March.

Issues

• No major issues.
• Conflict on PM resource remains due to commitments on MVM509. Recruitment underway w/c 12/03/18.

Next Steps

• Progress consultation process and report initial feedback to first Project Board meeting.

Project RAG status is currently AMBER due to PM resource conflict. Recruitment underway and no escalation required at this time.

Issues

• The Behat and O365 feasibility studies are continuing as part of the analysis stage but the milestone date has passed; as the essential analysis and design for the upgrade has been completed, the feasibility studies will be assigned a new target milestone date
• A project team member is taking part in the UCU strike action with potential impact to the date for the DEV upgrade; arrangements are being made to cover this absence

• Project Brief, plan and estimates signed off as End of planning 15 February. IS Apps approved at 63 days.

Issues

• Query has arisen over the domain setup. Discussions are ongoing with Questionmark, DevTech and the Windows team to resolve
• Statement of works– this is now running late as the domain investigations are taking longer than anticipated

• To reconcile the domain query
• Statement of works to be approved

• TEL048 project no longer progressing so dependency on this project has been dropped
• Priority of project raised to High priority. Approved at WIS 2 March 18.

Issues

• Team were to discuss the plan before sending to wis for approval as it is very tight to hit the hard deadline. Meeting was delayed due to the snowstorm
