• Final Project Board cancelled due to availability of members; agreed to complete approval of report by email before project closure.

Issues

• No major issues.
• Project Closure needs to be pushed back due to resource conflict (Business Lead, SSP).

Next Steps

• Complete final report and circulate to Project Board members.
• Close Project.

The project current status is AMBER due to moving the project closure date back one month (agreed with Project Sponsor at monthly TEL Programme meeting); this is due to resource conflict (SSP).

Achievements in Last Period

• Paul Smyth joined the project team as Learning Technologist w/c  8th January.
• Milestone End of Planning achieved w/c 19/01/18.
• Members of Project Team met with Learn User Group to outline the aims of the project.
• Comms out to stakeholder groups, initial Project Board meeting scheduled for March.
• Milestone Establish Project Board achieved w/c 29/01/18.
• Consultation process underway.

Issues

• No major issues.
• Conflict on PM resource remains due to commitments on MVM509. Programme Owner aware and this was discussed with the ISG Portfolio Manager at the TEL programme meeting on 21/12/17 and 05/02/18. It is understood there is an options for recruitment of dedicated PM resource.

Next Steps

• Complete initial comms to all stakeholder groups.
• Progress consultation process and report initial feedback to first Project Board meeting.

• Kick off meeting held 29 January (with first version of brief available) 
• Second draft of project brief sent out for review 30 January following kick off meeting

Issues

• Mark Findlay is looking into delivery dates with AMS as we have QMP, Learn and Moodle upgrades all happening at the same time so we need her to decide the priority in which they go in July so we can book the resources for the deployment properly

• TR code approved by WIS 26 January
• Initial version of brief shared with LTW before PMs leave

Issues

• There will be a dependency on the Learn oracle upgrade project (TEL048). Anne-Marie Scott has confirmed that completion of the Learn application upgrade takes priority and that if there is a situation where one has to be sacrificed then that would be the oracle migration.

Next Steps

• PM to liaise with PM on TEL048 and DevTech to align project plans 
• Project brief to be signed off by 2 March 18
