Achievements in Last Period

• Final Project Board now scheduled for 23 January 2018, which is still within the agreed timescale. 
• Due to resource availability, the recommendations are to be developed Nov/Dec, with some input from Civitas, then proceed with project closure.

Issues

• No major issues.

Next Steps

• Business Leads to produce lessons learned and recommendations with input from Civitas.
• Close Project.

Achievements in Last Period

• Project Brief revised to incorporate feedback from Business Lead and Project Team, Project Sponsor and Programme Owner. Project team has input to project risks descriptions.
• Weekly project team meeting slots established.
• Recruitment under way for contract position on project team (Learning Technologist).
• PM has met with Project Team and discussed draft project brief and the suggested amendments however there is not full agreement on scope, milestones, and benefits approach. Business Lead is unavailable until w/c 11/12/17 so the aim will be to reach agreement with a view to signing off planning that week.

Issues

• No major issues.
• End of planning milestone has been moved to w/c 11/12/17 due to unresolved project brief and availability of Business Lead.

Next Steps

• Complete and agree Project brief, resource estimates and project milestones.
• Complete end of planning.
• Agree Project governance including Project Board.

Current RAG status is RED. End of planning has been delayed due to resource conflict (PM) and LTW availability; scope and milestones not agreed. Planning now expected to be completed w/c 11/12/17 - RAG status expected to return to AMBER or GREEN next month.
