Achievements in Last Period

• Civitas visited Edinburgh 25 October - Anne-Marie met to discuss contract termination and has updated Lisa and Colin who were unable to join the meeting.
• Due to resource availability, the recommendations are to be developed Nov/Dec, with some input from Civitas, then proceed with project closure.
• Final Project Board now to be scheduled for January 2018, which is still within the agreed timescale. The monthly checkpoint milestones will be kept in place.

Issues

• No major issues.

Next Steps

• Business Leads to produce lessons learned and recommendations with input from Civitas.
• Agree date for final Project Board.
• Close Project.
