• Project team had a catchup conference call with Civitas as scheduled on site visit agreed for early August.
• Due to resource availability, the recommendations are likely to be developed Sep/Oct then a decision made on timing of project closure. The monthly checkpoint milestones will be kept in place.

• No major issues.

• Work with Civitas on lessons learned and recommendations.
• Agree date for final Project Board.

• Learn Upgrade deployed to live on 5-July as scheduled
• Building Blocks issue resolved on 20-July
• Deployment signed off by the business on July 28-Jul.
• Meeting took place 1-Aug to review any outstanding work
• Reviewed project after go Live
• One call raised with BlackBoard and depending on the result whether Support or KSR full fill this work, but it does not stop the project moving to Closure
• One specific issue with course copy it does not affect any other issues or prevent the project from closing
• Started closure report

• Roadshows delivered to peripheral sites and Learn drop-ins for staff and students held at RIE

• Project Board meeting 10 July approved project brief, project plan & risks
• Tutors reviewing their module content to end September 2017
• Resources being migrated to WordPress Knowledge Base essq.knowledge.med.ed.ac.uk - approx. >300 pages migrated by 31/07/2017
• MCQs have been exported from QMP, to be reviewed and revised by ESSQ team

Issues

Migration of knowledge base content will extend to December 2017.  Contractor may be required. This does not impact delivery dates or other milestones

Next steps

• Migration of resources to knew knowledge base to continue
• Menu and course structure to be agreed; Prototype2 and eBookshelf to be built
